The How to category contains detailed descriptions of specific projects.
The articles should be narrowly defined, "How to design and build a coil gun" will not work because the subject is too large for a well-defined and concise article. Something like "How to make a beginner's coil gun from a disposable camera" is much better.
Remember that these articles may be based on original research so special care should be taken when editing them, otherwise details important for safety and reliability known only to the author may get lost in the process.
